Shipping
We know that you want to receive the product as soon as possible – therefore we dispatch all items within 1-3 days of ordering. Depending on the order’s price, size, and weight, it is shipped via either 1st class or 2nd class delivery through Royal Mail.
Refunds
At Precious Gifts, customers are our first priority, which is why if you find that any item is not up to mark (which we ensure will not be the case) or you simply aren’t satisfied, you can return it within 30 days for a full refund.
